Please verify your name, address, and any additional instructions relevant to the delivery before processing the payment. Mr. & Ms. ParadePlatz cannot be held accountable for unsuccessful deliveries.

Shipping time depends on your location. Once the payment has been executed, you will receive an email with tracking information for your shipment.

Returns and Refund Policies

Mr. & Ms. ParadePlatz accepts returns and issues refunds upon receipt of the returned product(s). Items must be returned in perfect, unopened condition. You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return via email at mrmsparadeplatz@gmail.com. Packages sent without prior contact will not be accepted for a refund.

For any returned items, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please use a reputable shipping company with tracking information or proof of postage, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
